Importance of Yoga to Lead a Stress-Free Life

We all have some kind of stress in our lives, and we all have different ways of handling that stress. Getting at a grocery store, you might see a mother having a screaming meltdown with her child who is licking and screaming on the floor. She might be under a lot of stress and she is not handling it very well. Conversely, there might be that a middle school teacher, you know, manages to operate in an environment of pure chaos and yet still manages to gracefully meet the challenges and calmly go about his/her day. So, the trick to dealing with stress is learning some tools to help you manage it because stress is not going away from your life any time soon.
